How Every Service Begins
Before we carry out any work, we examine the piece. That examination produces a written condition note covering the visible state of the case, crystal, crown, pushers, and — where accessible without disassembly — the movement. We share this with you before proceeding, and the scope of work is agreed at that point.
If the examination reveals something that changes the expected scope or cost, we contact you. Nothing additional happens without your agreement. This is not an unusual policy for us — it is the way every job has been handled since the workshop opened.

SERVICE 01
Everyday Timepiece Care
From RM 520
A tidy service covering battery replacement, seal checks, gasket refresh, strap and bracelet adjustment, and full exterior cleaning. Suited to daily-wear quartz and entry mechanical watches. Includes a gentle water-resistance check where the case design allows.

BEST FOR
Owners of quartz daily-wear watches or entry-level mechanical pieces that are due for routine attention. Particularly suited to pieces that have been sitting unworn, have slowed significantly, or have seals that have not been refreshed in several years.
BEST FOR
Owners of automatic or hand-wound watches that have reached their recommended service interval (typically 3–5 years for most calibres), or pieces that are running noticeably fast or slow and have not been regulated recently.
SERVICE 02
Full Mechanical Servicing
From RM 2,150
A complete overhaul for automatic and hand-wound watches: disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, mainspring inspection, and accuracy regulation on a timing machine. Includes a multi-point condition report and a settling-in period after collection.

- Full movement disassembly
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all movement components
- Correct lubrication of all pivot points and jewels
- Mainspring inspection and replacement if required
- Accuracy regulation on multi-position timing machine
- Case seal refresh and water-resistance test
- Multi-point condition report with timing figures

SERVICE 03
Vintage & Heirloom Restoration
From RM 4,480
Careful, part-by-part restoration for older and sentimental pieces, including dial refinishing coordination, case refurbishment, and sourcing of period-appropriate components. Designed for collectors and families preserving a keepsake. Scoped individually with a detailed plan and staged updates throughout the work.

Collectors with older or unusual movements, and families wishing to preserve a watch that carries personal significance. Also suitable for pieces where the original dial and case condition form part of the value and need to be respected rather than modernised.

Every service produces a written condition note. You collect knowing exactly what was done and why.

If the scope or cost needs to change, we call you. Nothing additional happens without your agreement.
Work Kept In-House
All servicing takes place at our Jalan Tun H S Lee workshop. Your piece does not leave our hands without your knowledge.
Water Resistance Tested
Where the case is opened, seal integrity is verified before the piece goes back on your wrist.
Client Data Kept Private
Your contact information and service records are stored only for workshop purposes and not shared with outside parties.
